Great is Thy faithfulness, O God My Father,

There is no shadow of turning with Thee;

Thou changest not, Thy compassions they fail not;

As Thou hast been Thou forever wilt be.

Lord we need You when everything around us is changing. Please help us pull close to You in the moves, with all the orders and OERs and lists, when children’s emotions change with the wind…

You remain

You remain loving even when we are unloveable

You remain constant even when we can’t decide

You remain strong even when we come to the end of ourselves

You remain able to provide even when we keep needing more

You remain faithful even when we’ve lost all faith

We can’t understand You Lord. But we need You desperately.

Morning by morning new mercies I see;

All I have needed Thy hand hath provided–

Great is Thy faithfulness, Lord, unto me!

We have seen You provide over and over

from coast to coast

from toddlers to teenagers

from good jobs to bad jobs

You are Lord of all

Summer and winter and springtime and harvest,

Sun, moon and stars in their courses above

Join with all nature in manifold witness

To Thy great faithfulness, mercy and love.

We have seen Your great mercies, and we ask for new ones–

Please help us be mothers who show their children Your character.

Please be with those waiting to be mothers.

Lord, encourage the warrior mommas. Draw them to You.

Show us how to be true help mates to our spouses. May we give love as You do.

May we be good stewards of all You have given. And may we not fret over what You do not give.

We pray for the leaders among us who volunteer time to make all these things run.

We pray for our PWOCs and VBSs and Bible studies and chapels. Help us to be a blessing to the community.

Pardon for sin and a peace that endureth,

Thine own dear presence to cheer and to guide;

Strength for today and bright hope for tomorrow,

Blessings all mine, with ten thousand beside!

In You we live and move and breathe
